Return Process

  Log into your Possible account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the products are securely sealed to prevent any leaks or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating your return request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
